Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an agreement to use this service. Do not create an account for a minor or let a minor use your account. New accounts require an explicit 18+ confirmation and acceptance of these terms.

By accessing or continuing to use UNJAILED AI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and contact support about your account and any unused balance. These terms do not remove rights you have under applicable consumer law.

The CLI software retains its published MIT license. These service terms govern hosted access and do not replace that software license.

You may use a pseudonymous account hash without supplying a name or email at signup. Keep your hash, password and API keys private. You are responsible for authorized use of your account and must report suspected compromise promptly. Accounts cannot normally be recovered if their login credentials are lost.

Do not share, resell or misrepresent access, evade suspensions, or bypass security and content controls. The official CLI acts on your computer according to the permissions you choose; review file writes, commands and other actions before approving them.

You must not use our product to create, request, obtain, upload, distribute or facilitate illegal content or unlawful activity. This applies to every model and every client, including models labeled uncensored or abliterated.

• Any sexual content involving anyone under 18, child sexual abuse material, sexualization or exploitation of minors, grooming or trafficking. This prohibition includes real, fictional, simulated and AI-generated depictions.
• Non-consensual intimate content, sexual exploitation, trafficking, sextortion or other unlawful abuse.
• Fraud, scams, identity theft, extortion, phishing, credential theft or unauthorized access to devices, accounts or systems.
• Credible threats, incitement or operational assistance for unlawful violence, terrorism or physical harm.
• Unlawful disclosure of private information, stalking, harassment, or infringement of others' privacy, intellectual property or other legal rights.
• Unlawful transactions, evasion of applicable sanctions, abuse of payment systems, spam or attacks on this service.

Lawful research, discussion, fiction and security testing with permission remain subject to these rules. An uncensored label describes model behavior; it never authorizes illegal conduct or overrides this policy.

We use automated content checks and may block requests, restrict access, revoke keys or suspend accounts for prohibited use. Detected child sexual abuse requests are blocked before a paid model call; serious or repeated violations may lead to permanent account suspension.

Checks can make mistakes and cannot detect every prohibited request. Report abuse or appeal an incorrect restriction through safety & reporting. We may preserve or disclose limited relevant records when legally required. We do not promise that prohibited requests are automatically reported to authorities.

Usage draws from your wallet at the displayed token rates. A request may reserve an estimated amount and then settle for actual billed usage. Prices, included credit and limits are displayed before purchase. Daily subscription limits count input and output across the account, reset at midnight UTC, and are not increased by wallet top-ups. Requests already running may finish after the limit is reached. Wallet credit is service credit, not a bank account or an investment.

Crypto payments add wallet credit and do not buy a subscription. Card subscriptions renew at the interval and price shown at checkout until cancelled. Cancel renewal in account settings; access continues through the paid period. Unused wallet credit does not expire merely because a subscription ends.

Spent credit is ordinarily not refundable, except where required by law or where we correct an error. Contact support to request a refund of unused credit or dispute a charge. Refunds depend on the circumstances, payment method and applicable law; an on-chain payment cannot simply be reversed. Duplicate payments and billing mistakes should be reported with a payment reference.

You retain rights you have in your input and output, subject to applicable law and others' rights. You authorize us and the services needed to answer your request to process that content. Only submit information you have permission to use.

AI can produce incorrect, incomplete or unsafe output. Review generated code and factual claims before relying on them. Output is not a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. We do not guarantee accuracy, originality, uninterrupted availability or a particular model response.

Our Privacy Policy explains the records we keep and the limits of pseudonymous use. Models and service availability may change. We may interrupt access for security, maintenance or legal reasons. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

We will publish revised terms with an updated date and notify users of material changes through the service or official announcement channel. Continued use after the stated effective date indicates agreement where permitted by law. New privacy purposes that require consent will not be hidden inside a terms update.
