Safety & reporting

Sexual content involving anyone under 18 is forbidden, including fictional, simulated or AI-generated material. Child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexualization and exploitation of minors are never permitted.

Our text-based safety checks run on user-authored web-chat and API/CLI requests. Detected child sexual abuse requests are rejected before a paid model call. Serious or repeated attempts can permanently suspend an account. These rules apply regardless of the selected model or plan.

Automated checks can make mistakes and cannot recognize every prohibited request. Read the full prohibited-use policy. Uncensored is a model label, not an exemption from the rules.

Contact Discord support · Telegram support with the account hash or relevant reference, approximate time, affected page/model and a brief description. Do not send passwords, API keys, unnecessary personal information or illegal images/files. We may ask for non-sensitive details to investigate.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Suspected online child sexual exploitation can also be reported to NCMEC's CyberTipline. Do not repost or circulate abusive material.

Safety filters can flag innocent context. Send support your account hash, approximate time and a non-graphic explanation of the legitimate task. We review relevant available records; an appeal is not a guarantee of reinstatement. Do not create replacement accounts to evade a suspension.

Uncensored and abliterated models are available through the authenticated API and official CLI. Web chat uses standard models. All clients follow the same safety rules; see CLI setup.

We ask for the minimum information needed and do not publish customer identities or support cases. Limited records may be preserved or disclosed where required by law. See the Privacy Policy for what the service stores and what pseudonymous access means.
